Indonesia nudibranchs

Just uploaded, a short video showing the best of the nudibranch footage I shot at Raja Ampat and Wakatobi.

Glossodoris stellatus

Identifications were made using Debelius and Allen and Steene – they might well be wrong – if so, please let me know! Some of the Chromodoris species are hard to tell apart…

You can find the video here.

Some of the specimens I found cooperated nicely for the video camera, moving about fairly rapidly or, in one case, lifting its skirt rather spectacularly. If you’re interested in knowing more about these creatures, try The Sea Slug Forum

Thanks Willy – much appreciated. I’m finding they get more interesting the more I’m learning. Plus they almost move slowly enough for my camera handling skills!
